All True Active Muurs understand that organized criminal, underworld elements must have a nationality and shared cultural principles in order to be truly effective for their respective communities. So-called black gangs and street organizations do not have a collective nationality, which is why they have been largely ineffective at advancing any collective agendas for the communities they come from as criminal organizations from other nationalities have in America within the last 150 years or so.
